Hello there, I am Raji.

I am a passionate designer, unafraid of exploring design, colors, and creative ideas to bring brands to life. Currently based in Vancouver, I am originally from a sunny little island nation called Sri Lanka. Having graduated from the University of Melbourne, Australia, with a degree in Commerce, I have been successful in establishing a print company in Sri Lanka, giving me a unique blend of business education, design knowledge and print industry experience.

The transition into Graphic Design was driven by a newfound passion that I cultivated during my nine-year tenure in the print industry. As I worked more with clients on print designs, I developed a strong enthusiasm for creating more innovative designs myself, as part of the production process.

Not long ago, I felt it was time to leave my little island, step out of my comfort zone, and experience more variety which led me to beautiful British Columbia. This shift aligned seamlessly with my creative inclinations, as I’ve always been drawn to the interplay of colors and shapes, photography, and fashion design.

The design tools I generally use are Adobe Suite and Figma. In addition, I am keen in experimenting with new to market software. My design style weighs heavily towards modern and minimalist designs using pastel colors, however, I also enjoy exploring and combining various styles to give tailored and captivating design solutions.
